The glass lid enables easy monitoring during the cooking process. I don’t have to open the lid each time I want to see how my cooking is done. I just have to look through the glass lid. This helps in keeping the moisture and the heat inside the cookware.

Each of the handles in the set is made of stainless steel too including the rivets. The good thing about the handles of this set is its ability to stay cool. The sauté pan and skillet included in the set has a hole at the edge of the handle. The owner has the option to just hang them up in the walls for display and easy storage.

Each piece can withstand an oven heat of up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit but I do not recommend taking the glass lids in the oven and exposing it up to the said limit.

This set is also dishwasher safe, which makes it more convenient for me because I don’t have to put extra cleaning effort after all the cooking I have already done.

The glass lid also enabless better monitoring in cooking demonstrations. It is ideal for people who like fast cooking. Professional cooks may find this stainless cookware set advantageous in their kitchen because of the many recipes it can cook. It is heavy duty and sturdy that using it for everyday in the kitchen wouldn’t be a problem.
